Dear sir, I R.Limbadri f/o R.Nikitha. I have paid cash for registration fee rs.5, 618/- receipt no.FIAT/HYH/14-15/020 dt.13/06/2014 and admission fee rs.16, 854/- deposited in your a/c no.[protected], axis bank. dt.17/06/2014. Due to placement in software company she could not join in your institute. Frankfinn, himayat nagar hyderabad, branch has been processed for refund of admission fee wide ref.# FIAT/HYH/14-15/33 with TXN#187422.in the month of aug.14. Since then we have been following up with branch staff till today, but we have not received payment. Kindly do needful in regard. Thanking you,

    Hi team, My name is Deepak Kumar Pandya. I took admission in Frankfinn Udaipur in 2011 for post graduation diploma in Aviation & hospitality services course but I wanted to join Jaipur center so Frankfinn Udaipur faculty said that we will transfer you to Jaipur center, you can deposit your fees here. I deposited full course fees and I got transferred to Frankfinn Jaipur and I took my all classed from Frankfinn Jaipur from day 1 . The batch assigned was K-5. I completed my course successfully But the problem is I haven't got my course certificates yet due to transfer out Issue (As I have been Informed) . Actually Its been more than 3 years now. I have been contacting every concern person but no help. I called them multiple times and also sent emails but still no joy. I'm in a loop now. Please help. Below are the contact details of mine.         I got admission in the franfinn institute M-3, 2nd Floor, Above Kotak Mahindra Bank, South Ex, Part - II, New Delhi-110049. Tel.Phone[protected] for the course of FRANFINN DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY, TRAVEL AND COUSTOMER SERVICE. And at the time of admission my sister was promised that after completion of course (session date[protected] she will get diploma and rest of the certificates. She had deposited a fee of Rs. 51, 070 with bank check no 281696 dated[protected]. At the completion of this course they are only providing only one certificate. And other promised certificates they haven’t issued to either students. Kindly register my complaint against this institute so that I may take necessary legal action against this institute.

          Respected sir
          I went to frankfinn institute of air hostess training (Guwahati) for inquire of there courses with my friend then forcefully request both o[censored]s to take the admission. Then we both paid for the registration and admission fees and they advice that you can start you classes after 3-4 moths but due to some reasons we now don't want to do classes there so we requested to refund our fees but they are not refunding even a single amount to us. Please look on the matter and help us so that we can get amount of money back.

              Hello ,
              I have paid the admission fee as well as half of the course fee already and I wasn't allowed to start my class for various reasons. I am not too happy about the way you have kept me waiting to start my class and also now you are not even refunding the money I have paid . I have been calling your Institute day and night to get the refund but no one receives the call its high time now . I have also sent a letter to your Institute , but still no progress .Please take interest in the following matter , save your time and my time of getting in to legal procedures .

                I used to work in Frankfinn in a senior post. I resigned from Frankfinn as I was extremely dissatisfied by the entire process of student recruitment. I feel Frankfinn is not a training Institute but just a money making institute. Trust me if you want to be a cabin crew you just need to develop your communication skills and your personality which can be done by you yourself. Spending 1.5L to 2L for such course is unnecessary. Cannot say Frankfinn is Fraud legally as they take all precaution by making the student sign an agreement on Stamp Paper by which the student cannot go legal against frankfinn, and the best part is they do not let you read or take a copy of the same and the employees are trained well to tackle such situation. The target given to the Center Head is 150-200 admission in a year hence the quality of student recruitment is extremely poor hence placement is poor as well. CHILDREN BE CAREFUL...ITS YOUR LIFE.

                The above is absolutely frivolous and bogus as there never ever was a person at any centre in India or abroad by the name of Richardson in the employment of Frankfinn since its inception. It seems to be the handiwork of some competitor who has a vested interest in trying to malign and tarnish the image of Frankfinn. Frankfinn is the by far the leader and the world’s no. 1 air hostess training institute with the largest network of centres. It has the best placement track record and has made more air hostesses and flight stewards than all other academies in India put together. Thousands of students have been placed as cabin crew and many more thousands have been placed in the hospitality, travel and customer service industries. Year after year it has been certified by the Limca Book of Records for having the best cabin crew placements. Samir Valia – VP, Marketing and Corporate Communication.
                I agree totally with you Richardson (whosoever)...Infact this is one of the main reasons why their staff leave the job within few weeks or months!! This is one of the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever known. They not only pester their employees in various manners but also do the same with the students!!
                Proper information or facts are not told clearly to the candidates/parents to just get the admission. And if someone cancels the admission, they do not get REFUND of the admission fees for ages!
                The students are not treated well, even after the admission. They do not get their uniform, bag, badge, folders, etc on time. Infact I have known that the students have got his/her uniform/bag, etc after almost their course was completed. Does anyone need 01 year to get a bag or a uniform stitched?? Barring some centers, all other are in hopeless state, wherein ACs, lights, projector, computers, etc are not working properly, chairs broken, classroom in poor conditions!
                Not only this, when students are taken for inflight training, they are ill-treated, made to wait for 6-8hours in their office premises, as their inflight training is done in midnight only. Students have to be awake whole night!!
                You will find several ex- students across all branches, who haven't got their due certificates after completing the course!! Its useless to follow up with them, as every other month you will find someone new on the desk who will assure to take care of your complaint!!
                Moreover, many students have been forced to give their testimonials.

                After paying so much of money and time, you get pains only!!

                Everyone should BE AWARE...Before taking ADMISSION...and get true details from ex-students/employees !!

                The students who are claimed to have got job as cabin crew, already had required qualities (good looks & personality, good communication skills, etc) in them. If you have the qualities to be a CABIN CREW, you can be, by applying directly on the airline's website. All airlines give professional training, once selected, which is compulsory also. You will find all details and requirements for the job in their website only.
                If you don't have the required qualities for cabin crew, then no airlines will recruit you, even if you are Frankfinn student and have spent 2lac rupees!!! Thus No need to waste 1.50-2.00 lac rupees on such said institutes who could set up this business some 5-10 years back, when there were no proper means of sources to get information and verify the same and thus could easily influence customers. But now its not the same n today's e-generation !!

                BE VIGILANT... for YOUR CAREER !!!

                  You are completely right. i did my course from ghatkopar branch in mumbai. These people are , they lie during admission to take our money, give big ball talks about limca book of world records, no 1 air hostess institute, etc. All the trainers are arseholes. Some even flirt with girls and look at us with bad eyes. It is just a waste of time and hard earned money.
                  yes i completely agree with above comment... the staff is bad, , i did course from pune branch... they claimed lot of things before we started the course... they claimed to be no 1 institute which is really false.. the staf[censored]sed to interfere in our personal lives... the institute sucks... they are cheaters... please dont pay so much of money and take admissions in this fraud institute, , they will ruin ur life..

                    Myself Imran Chauhan, I have given the cheque of Rs 20000/- to the Frankfinn institute at ghatkopar branch for the admission and told them not to deposit the cheque untill i give the call and on the very next day I went there to take the cheque but they had deposited the cheque without my confamation. Now after a period of 6months they had refund me Rs 15000/- and saying that Rs 5000/- have been deducted for my admission, but i have not taken the admission. plz hep me to get the amount refund the are saying you can do what ever you want but we will not refund your money. Because oe finincial problem i thaught i would not be able to pay the futher fees, so I ask for refund.
