This letter serves as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted you to (23Aug, 2023) your main head office at Bhubaneswar during the procedure of registration and admission fee. I submitted 33, 000 at 1:53 pm in afternoon.

Dear sir/madam

This letter servers as a formal request for a refund of registration and admission fees that i submitted to your main branch at pune during the procedure of registration and admission formalities

After the counselling session, i was selected to purchase 6months vocational training course-frankfinn post graduate certificate aviation, hospitality travel and customer services on 12 aug 2023 i paid 15000 registration fee and after some day (21aug[protected] admission fee total amount Rs.33000

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. I request many time for refund my money but she has not tell me any refundable/non-refundable policy earlier

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, i request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me my total amount of 33000 so that i can bear the expenses of my further education

I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that i had paid.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiveing refund within 2 to 3 days

I got admission in frankfinn institute Branch jalandhar punjab of air hostess training and i paid Rs. 15000
as admission.then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn..I told to center head to refund my fees but centre head.told that you will not get any money . what shoud I do kindly suggest me and healp me to get back my money

Airport pe job lag gayi 10 tarikh tak aana honga mai raat ko hi jalna se puna pohach gya fir waha jakar ek vibinar hoaa honhone kaha ki tum select ho gye bus 6 month ki training karni hongi aur aaj hi registration kiya to fees me scholarship milengi agar aaj hi 15000 bhare to aur baki ka loan honga humne bhar diya. Bhir 18000 bharne ko kaha to bhar diya hume laga ki frankfinn institute accha hai . Par jab hum aab admission cancel karkar hamara refund maag rahe to nahi de rahe hai
Frankfinn ne 2 weeks me hamare 33000 hajar lut liye jhooti information . Par wah amount hamari 3 saal ki kamayi ki bachat hai
Aap ne to joota bol kar hamse luta hai par hum ne mahenat se kamaya hai.

Agar mera refund 2 se 3 din me nahi mila to mai minister se complaint karunga

Mera naam Sunil Sharma Hai Jaipur se ek din aapki team se call aata Hai aur bataya jata hai ki ek seminar hai to aap join kar sakte hain main join karne jata hun aur vahan muzhe offers ke Jaal mein fansa kar frankfin air hostess training mein admission karva lete Hain Maine RS 5100 jama kiye the registration ke naam per aur ab main Nahin chahta admission lena isliye mere ko Mera payment wapas chahie mere ko दो-तीन mahine se jyada ho chuka hai mere ko abhi tak mera ₹1 bhi wapas nahin mila hai mere ko jald se jald Mera registration fees wapas dilaya jaaye kyunki sales executive ne kaha tha agar aap course nahin karna chahte to aapka payment aapko wapas mil jaega Magar payment to chhodiye to call bhi nahin pic kar rahe hain

I was not able to join this course because of my big brother saying that this is not better for you do your masters in hospitality management that’s why I am cancelling my admission .

During the enrollment process, I was assured that your institute would provide excellent placement assistance and guidance. Unfortunately, the information provided by your representatives has proven to be grossly inaccurate and misleading. Despite being assured of strong placement prospects, I have found myself struggling to secure suitable employment within the aviation industry.

What exacerbates this situation is the fact that my family and I are facing financial difficulties. We invested a substantial amount of money into this program with the belief that it would lead to a brighter future. However, the disparity between the promises made and the actual outcomes has left us in a precarious financial situation.

In light of these circumstances, I am left with no choice but to request a refund of the amount I paid for the program. It is only fair that I receive reimbursement for the fees paid, given the discrepancy between the assurances given and the reality I have experienced. I implore you to consider my situation and address this matter promptly.

I kindly request a response within 3 Days acknowledging my complaint and confirming the initiation of the refund process. Additionally, I urge you to take steps to rectify the misinformation provided to other students as well, in order to prevent further disappointment and financial strain.

I hope that this issue can be resolved amicably and promptly. I trust that Frankfinn values its reputation and the satisfaction of its students, and I look forward to a positive resolution to this matter.

I have joined on 4th July with a salary of 21100 monthly in hand it's 10th August today and I got 16500 salary if the company can't pay salary to its employees why they are hiring...

This is to inform you that myself pratibha Gola. I was a student of frankfinn 2019 batch preet vihar, Delhi branch. I wanna say thank you to frankfinn to make my career bright. In 2019 only I started work with Indigo Airline as a ground staff. I survived pandemic also and gave my 100% to the airline in 2023 I am working as a cabin crew.

I was too loyal towards my institute . I sent my friends and relatives to join frankfinn however, last year I called preet vihar branch that If I refer someone will I get some token of money they said yes . I sent my relative and they paid same day to the branch a joining fees. It's been more than 10 month I visited 3 to 4 time but no one is helping me out in first visit they said you were not a student of frankfinn than I sent my I'd card than they said wait for 15 days.

It's been almost year no one is replying my msg or giving any update it's all about wrong information and fake promise I gave my 1 day to visit and support frankfinn to give one good student. Don't I deserve to be treat well as a ex student of frankfinn.

I contacted with the person name in preet vihar was Rohit Kumar centre manager. He knows my name very well. I texted him 10, 15 time. It's not about 5k only it's all about trust.

Today I am sending this mail because I am feeling they are not ready to help.

ओर वहा बार बार रैगिस्ट्रेशन कर लो एक सीट बची है ये कहेकर 6000 रुपए जमा करवाएं
एक बार भी ये नहीं बताया आप लोगों का पैसा रिफंड नही होगा
परेशान हम हुए 1 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक इंतजार किया
ओर अगले दिन 1 मिनट भी कोई क्लास अटेंड नहीं की
ओर कंपनी की पॉलिसी देखो refund नही होगा

Highly disappointed from the Frankfinn institute. They don't give a proper batches to attend the classes Henceforth they will shift student's batches according to they're convenient. They don't even bother weather the student is working or dependent.
The Pressure to pay the fee is huge. They've asked me to pay 33k on the same Day of admission by telling it's offer as platinum... And till now I've completed paying 99k to the institute...

How to get fee refund?
If you are no 1 institute in aviation ..
You must be refund of all student...

मेरा नाम अभिषेक जगताप है में खण्डवा मध्यप्रदेश से हू मुझे फ्रैंकफिन् institute indore se एक कॉल आया था उसमे मुझे सेमिनार में इंदौर बुलाया गया और में वहा गया और मुझे वहा कुछ गलत deteils दी गई की हम आपको ऐसा पढ़ाएंगे लेकिन पढ़ाई वैसी नही हुई कुछ समस्या के कारण में inodre पढ़ने नहीं जा सका क्योंकि में इंदौर जाने में सक्षम नही था मेरी तबियत रोज बिगड़ती थी मुझे उन्होंने बोला की आप classes ऑनलाइन कर लो मेने हा बोल दिया और उन्होंने मुझसे कोचिंग में 9900 और घर से ऑनलाइन payment 10000 करवाया और मेने 2 दिन ऑनलाइन class attend की लेकिन क्लास में कुछ समझ नही आया और मेने उन्हें बोला की में नही कर सकता आप ने मुझे गलत जानकारी दी है और मेरी तबियत के कारण inodre आने में असफल हू मुझे अपनी फीस वापस कर दीजिए कुछ महीने तक मेने उन्हें बोला वो मना कर गए की हम आपकी फीस वापस नही करेगे आप के बदले हमारी एक सीट चली गई है लेकिन वो मेरी फीस वापस नही कर रहे थे मेने कुछ भी नही पढ़ा और मेरा एडमिशन दूसरी जगह भी नहीं हुआ कृपया मुझे अपनी फीस वापस दिलाने में मदद कीजिए

Sir my mother is a single working mother with 3 children and I am the eldest Rs.15000 is a big sum of money for my family I got that money from a lender after I kept my stuff for security please refund me my money at the earliest
