My name is Puja Ghosh and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of cooperation and non-refund of the admission fees paid to your educational institute.
I enrolled in Frankfinn Advance Certificate Course in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service on 23/01/2023 and paid the admission fees of 15, 000, Receipt No. FVKSL23REGR58. However, due to some personal reasons, I want to discontinue my course.
I understand that your institute has a non-refundable policy for the admission fee, but I hope that you will consider my request based on the exceptional circumstances that I am facing.
Furthermore, I have made several attempts to reach out to the concerned department, but I have faced difficulty in getting a response from them. The lack of cooperation from the institute is causing me a lot of inconvenience and stress.

I have already raised my ticket for 5000/- refund. Let me know what is the status of my complaint?

I Arshina Shaikh, i want to complaining regarding Frankfinn Institute Consumer Forum please intervene in this request you to please processed my refund which i had paid on 1st Feb 2023 as i don't want to do the course now please do the refund due to financial issue so i am not able to do this course. I have not paid you full amount neither attended there classes.

The person (sagar)from frankfinn called me on 7th January 2023 and said that they are having free seminar and I said I’m not interested and never showed any interest on your website for this and he said that I filled a form from Facebook I denied and again said not interested. Then the boy asked from where I’m talking and I politely said that I don’t want anything thanks. After he said are you dumb I’m asking your address I said why...

This is to bring to your kind notice that I got enquired about Airhostess training programme at your well reputed institute Rajouri Garden, where I deposited Registration Amount Rs 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) through QR code Details attached.
The Fee Amount is too high despite of repeated telephone from Ms Bhagyashree, Ms Diksha, Ms Divya Bhola insisted for depositing registration amount of Rs 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) and further concession amount details will be shared after internal approved mailing with Chairman (Adv. Mr Kohli Ji)

We have deposited online payment Rs 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to Frankfin institute Rajouri Garden on dated 20.11.2022 After depositing a fee on sunday dated 20.11.2022. There was no positive response from the admission counsellor side. She has switched off her mobile phone, no response, after one week I personally visited at institute for refund payment, now there is no positive response,

My daughter height does not pertain according to parameter of your institute course Air Hostess, Now She has got admission in Law College where timing and schedule will clash.

Admission in-charge be requested to make refund payment of Rs 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) as my daughter did not get any books, Dress and attend any class,
The Frankfinn institute is leading institute in all over india having strong presence in india as well abroad, in order to maintain its reputation, dignity, and strong presence in market there must be a fair refund policy.
Please either make refund payment of Rs 15000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) and revert it, Otherwise you are liable for legal action.

I got addmission at Frankfin from Andheri West I had paid amount of 15000 rupees for registering but after I was facing some financial problems because I am the only person who is earning because my dad was not able to work because he had bypass surgery I am from poor family i was ready to course on my own but no I have to look after my family i feeding 8 member with my earning So I was not able to do course I have already submitted my refund application to Andheri West branch but i had not received any revert from them so it's my humble request to please refund my money because that money will be helpful for my siblings I request you please 😭😭

This is madhavi kamble & i was pay the 15000/- in the FF class at the Andhari branch... My total fees was 1, 50000/- & the sir told me you got a loan offer of 135000/- ... That time i ask him if the loan was not done that situation can i get my regetration n amount then he was told me 100℅ you get your regetration amout with any deduction ... But last 8/9 month that hole staft was ignored me 10/20 time i visit to the class he give the excuse... I hope I get a solution on this... Thnk u

I am a student from frankfinn guwahati and I have a query regarding the classes
Because when we took admission our counselor's told us that we will have our classes from Monday to Friday whereas now when our new module started that is "English Enhancer" they are conducting classes in the alternative days.
As we have paid the full amount of fees then why should you attend only three days of classes. In my point of view this is totally unfair with our parents money.
And when I informed my father about this he's also angry because not everyone can afford that much money to give only in 3months but our parents have paid so they should provide us the full classes rather doing it alternatively.

Yesterday I got a call from frankfinm they told me you have to come for interview and seminar but I don't want to attend this they are saying me that you are blacklisted and now for 5 years you will not be able to in any government jobs .

No, means what ?
I haven't attended your seminar
I don't want to give interview
That's my choice that what I have to attend or not
Why they are forcing that you have to come or we will blacklisted you

Sir मुझे फ्रांकफीनन airhostess tranning की तरफ से कॉल आया कि आपको फ्री मैं सेमिनार के लिए मैं वहां चला गया मेरा वहां पर उन्होंने बड़े बड़े सपने दिखाए मुझे बहुत force किया उन्होंने अपने कोर्स के बारे मैं बताया जो 1 लाख का था फिर मुझे 15000 रुपये तुरंत देने को बोला और बोला आज प्रवेश की अंतिम तारीख़ है मेरे पास रुपये नहीं थे मेरे पास बस 5000 रुपये थे फिर उन्होंने कहा कि आप अभी सीट होल्ड करबा लो 5000 देकर मुझे बहुत फ़ोर्स किया बहूत सपने दिखाए जिससे मेने 5000 रुपये दे दिए उसके फिर बोल रहे आप बाकी 10000 जमा करदो आपका प्रवेश हो जाएगा बाकी फीस हम लोन करबा देंगे आपकी जब मैं बापस आया घर पर बात की मुझे सभी लोगों ने डांटा मैं बहुत परेशान हो गया बो बार बार कॉल करके मुझे पैसे देने के लिए बोलने लगे जब problem बढ़ने लगी तो मैने उनसे अपना प्रवेश रद्द करने को कहा और अपनी फीस बापस मांगी पर बो मेरी फीस नहीं बापस कर रहे मैं बहुत परेशान हू भैया मेरी मदत करो कृपया आप

SUBJECT: Request to cancel admission and refund registration fee

Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter severs as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to your main branch at Rajouri Garden during the procedure of registration and admission formalities.

After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 11 months course- Frankfinn post graduate certificate in aviation, hospitality travel and customer services (FCAHTCS) on 04th, Nov 2022 and paid a amount of Rs.4000.

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. I called Anwesha ma’am(centre head) to get refund to the Frankfinn institute at Rajouri Garden, but i did not get any updates and she has not tell any refundable/non-refundable policy earlier.

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, I request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me the admission fee so that I can bear the expenses of my further education.

I had attached receipt of the registration fees. I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund.

I have raised a complaint regarding my refund. I registered with Frankfin and was expecting to take on October and I registered with Frankfin paying 15, 000, and then I wasn't unable to continue due to my father's health issues and other multiple personal reasons. I am Pooja Kohli from Noida. I took admission in frankfinn institute with an amount 15000rs/- But due to financial issues I am unable to attend the training so every day they call and MSG as well to pay rest amount of course. and I told them to cancel my registration but they are not doing it. I clearly told them first day about family financial setuation is low and So I request them for refund and they said that there is no refund policy. Here is the scam first they call you every day to come join their course provide reasons that you can join and you have to pay nothing the first person Hema told me that . And they make you pay for it Once go there, They showed that you paid for admission so you have to continue otherwise no chance of doing anything because they have told you about the policies already. Even they didnt tell their policy before taking addmission they send out later once you done the payment. I literally need my money back right now. i have never seen such kind of scam.

Please help me out . Do the needful .

1).I am visited on that Date:10th, October2022 12:30(pm) than waiting after 01:10, I go to cabin and discussion with Ms.Tanvi, she is employee of Frankfinn Institute. Her designation she is counselor. We discussed 6months course with 100% Job placements around 40k. But I haven't money on that time also I'm not capable to pay this amount but mam said that I provide you apart-time job near by also in profile the data entry...

I had completed my course In Hospitality travel and customer service in 2015 and still now I had not yet received any of my certificates still now.

I am Dipshikha Chutia from Dibrugarh Assam. I took admission in frankfinn institute with an amount 33000. But due to financial issues I am unable to attend the training. So I request them for refund and they clearly said that there is no refund policy. even I about their policy before take addmission they send out later. So now what should I do.

As i already mailed you that I have paid the amount of ₹15000/- as registration fee but due to financial problems i have to cancel my addmission and i didn't even attend a single class also i didn't get the books, dress & icard.
So, what are you charging for.!?
I just want my refund please i belong to a middle class family ₹15000/- means a lot for us..
