And when I had pay 15000 in the institute in January then he used to saying that instructions has changed. Therefore my parents are not financially prepared for it so I want to cancel my admission as soon as possible

I REALLY NEED MY MONEY. TODAY I CALLED AGAIN BUT MADAM TOLD ME TO CALL AGAIN AFTER 1 WEEK LET.NOW MADAM TOLD ME SHE WAS TRYING.

The staff in the frankfinn institute regularly asking me to cut my beard. As of iam a muslim and it is compulsory to keep the beard. I want to ask that can i keep it ?

Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training is running a hidden sex racket for very high profile filthy rich people on the name of aviation training. They supply girls to very high profile parties and farm houses. They straight away tell girls that if you are not open for sex with high profile rich people, you can not be air hostess. Girls are crazy for being air hostess and just to get the job, they have to compromise. Aviation industry is a FILTH.

On 18th may we took admission in Frankfinn institute of air hostess and paid them 15000rs. But due to my sisters health problem she do not want to further parsue the air hostess course so we want our admission fee refund
I went to fankfinn institute regarding refund of admission fee but they clearly denied that admission fee will not be refunded even she didnt join any class only we paid for admission.
Our financial condition is not good we borrowed money from third person to take admission in frankfinn institute but my sister have problem of kidney stone and dr. told us for operation so we couldn't further proceed untill money will not be refunded. My father is driver this amount is not small for us it is something equal to the 1month salary of my father. She didn't attained any class and we paid only for admission fee than i don't understand what they are charging 15000 for and clearly denied me that 15000 will not be refunded.
So please kindly refund 15000rs so we can pay it for my sister's stone operation.

Sir, I got a call from Frankfinn airhostess training then i went there for free seminar, they showed me big dreams, they forced me a lot, they told me about their course. I was brainwashed. After the seminar they said you are selected for this course. Today is the last day of admission, we are offering this course at discount. They did not even gave me time to think and trapped me in such a way and asked me to pay Rs38000 immediately as admission fee for Frankfinn certificate in aviation, hospitality and travel management (FCAHTM) I said that tomorrow I will come with my parents and pay i don't have this big amount right now. As I was being forced again n again and somehow I arranged Rs 38000 and managed to pay. Now due to some reason I don't want to join the Institute and want my money back. I haven't attended a single class. I requested the branch to look into this matter and resolve my problem. They said their fees is non refundable. But I request u to return hard earned money of my parents. For us middle class people it is such a huge amount. Hope u will look and solve this matter.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my utmost grief regarding the recent harassment incident that took place in the office. I sincerely apologize for any discomfort or pain that I may have caused to the any individual or to the company as a whole.
I would like to provide some context regarding the events that led up to the incident. Recently, I have been dealing with some personal family issues that have caused me a significant amount of stress, due to which I had to take a day off and I had informed my TL, Mr. Tuhin Mondal regarding the situation. At the first place, he misbehaved with me over call, using foul language.
When I joined, the very next day, I got verbally abused by the TL, Mr. Tuhin Mondal. I was asked not to login to the system and within sometime, I was asked to leave my chair and hand it over to a new employee. On denial, they called the security guard and forcefully got me removed. I’ve been working with this company from the past 2 months now, this kind of a behavior was really unexpected. Then, I was asked to leave and not to come from the next day. They also said that my salary will be deducted and will be credited only after 90 days.
As per the rules, an employer can terminate an employee by giving him at least 30 days of notice or a salary in lieu of such notice provided. Even if I’m not getting a notice, I would at least require my salary on time as I’ve worked the whole month and secondly, I had no intentions to leave the company so soon.
Sir, I understand that all these people are my seniors and probably have much more experience than I do. I joined this institution to learn and gain more knowledge about how this industry works. But instead of guiding me, they started harassing me to this extent. They have harassed me quite many times, previously as well. I’ve always kept calm and accepted the harassment as a part of my job. Now, when things got out of control, I couldn’t help but write to you.
I would also like to inform you that the TL and the manager, Mr. Atanu Ghosh, are well connected, personally as well and they are all teaming up against me. Holding a junior position, I’m not being able to take any action against them. I honestly do not have any personal grudges against any of them.
I don’t think I’ll be accepted as a part of this company anymore. But I really wanted you to know what’s going on, so that, you take some action and make it a better place to work.
Requesting you to do the needful and take necessary action and hoping that this issue gets resolved here itself and I do not have to approach any legal authority, speacially for my salary part.

I'm a student from frankfinn Camac street.
We were told from frankfinn that our swimming classes were from 1-2pm but then we went over there and found out it was supposed to be 12:20-1:20 pm. The swimming teachers still allowed us for sometime to swim. Then we have a class from 2:30-4:30. We left the swimming place at 2:15 and managed to make it to frankfinn around 3:30. Maam told us to shut up and get out of the class. I still made it on time but got marked absent. I want a present against my name.

They invited for a counselling session and had not given time to think further. Trapped us and took 15000 as advance fee then had never told us that fee will be non refundable rather got the document signed towards the end at the last page only, in which it was mentioned that fee is non refundable. Later when consciously we thought we identified that it is not something my cousin wants or ever wanted. They are not returning the amount now
