My name is Shamira Banu, and I completed the B2 batch at Classic Towers, 5th floor, in Coimbatore. After my course, the institute relocated to Tristar Towers on Avinashi Road. I have paid all the required fees and completed my course in 2007. However, I have not yet received my certificate.

I have emailed the institute regarding this matter but have not received any response. I need my certificate for my career advancement. Although I am unable to recall my ID number, I kindly ask you to check your records and assist me in obtaining my certificate as soon as possible.
