[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — Refund of Registration Or Admission fee

Respected sir/madam,
Fardeen Khan from Bulandshahr. I was very much interested into aviation course and somehow I made up my mind to join in the Frankfinn institute, South Extn 2, South Delhi branch, Delhi. So I paid the registration or admissions fee of Rs 15000/- on 29/09/2025. However, i was not able to join the classes due to financial problem and because of my family situation, my father is against with my admissions and my mother was getting heart treatment last 3 years. And i was taken a money for admissions by someone else in per month 2% interest. Now i don't have enough money to give them back. And my father was a ex service man, they don't have that much of payment for my admissions to. I already send a email to [protected]@frankfinn but they denied for the refund. i requested them so many times but they didn't understand my situation. Even i visited to the South Extn 2, South Delhi branch Delhi centre also so many times but they didn't talk with us nicely and they also denied for the refund. They talk so badly, harshly and rudely. I am requesting you for the refund for the treatment of my mother. I haven’t attended a single class yet. Hope you understand my situation. I've taken a admissions fees by interest and which I already informed the counsellor while making a payment and but counsellor not recieve my phone call or msg after getting a admission. Now that my situation has gotten worse that I’m unable to manage money. I don’t have any additional financial support. This help from you will be appreciated.
