Fraud Done By SOTC Company — refund of cancelled ticket

After making many request at it office or call centre my complain has not been resolved.
And now i m moving to consumer forum against it company for my refund.
Refund of 3104/- against cancellation of indigo airlines from lucknow to pune via delhi.
