[Resolved] Free Charge — first of all they blocked my account in a single hour n aren't giving my money back | |||||
Freecharge. Worst service worst customer service ever. First of all they blocked my account for no reason. For some security purpose within half an hour of making it. They ain't at all helpful in retrieving account. They asked my proof which i have provided in the i'd my kyc. I provided the one i have entered still they ain't unblocking it. It's ridiculous from their side. They just don't want to. And secondly n most importantly i have loaded money in thier wallet n they ain't returning back too in my bank account.
