[Resolved] FreeCharge — Account frequently locked in every 7-10 days even i successfully verify my account many times.

Freecharge customer care not unlock my account and he is not response me properly. my account id is - [protected]@gmail.com. i also verify my account successfully but he locked my account every 7-10 days interval. i complain to freecharge customer care on dated 08/07/2016 and freechage complain ticket no is-3964460. i am very upset with this site. do needful action as soon as possible.

We have refunded available funds of Rs. 9999 to the card/bank from where payment was processed. Credit will reflect in bank account within 5 to 7 working days as per the beneficiary bank procedure.
