FreeCharge — bonous credit not recived

As i paid my postpaid bill with no [protected] through free recharge with MCD coupon of 50rs and get 50rs credit in Fc credit wallet then i rechared again with 50rs to my postpaid and again i get 50rs fc credit but as postpaid bill there was only 100 rs credited against 200rs pls help fc credit trancation details below FCMA[protected], FCMW[protected], FCMA[protected] & FCMA[protected] Rgs Atul [protected]
