Sir/mam, Today, (08/10/2016) at 4.06pm. I recharged my mtnl mobile number: [protected] of amount rs. 500/- using online site: freecharge (Order id: fcvm[protected]). Freecharge is showing failed transaction & money was deducted from my account. I have also attached screenshot of my account. We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested. As per our records payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs. 500 to your account on[protected] against the order ID FCVM[protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days. In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date. This will help us follow it up with our payment partner. Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.
