FreeCharge — Did not get 100% cash on bill payment using coupon code

FreeCharege.in is providing the online bill payment facility and also entertain customers by different types of benefits like cash back, discounts etc. To have benefits, a customer need to use the coupon code at the time of payment procedure. And once the coupon is valid then it shows a message "Congratulations! Promocode has been applied." This means that Freecharge has approved the coupon code and hence they bound the give the so said benefits of that coupon to customer using it. These coupon codes are available on different websites. Few days back i got a coupon for 100% cash back for recharge & bill payment using Freecharge mobile app. The coupon code was "50APP". i got this coupon information on website "www.zoutons.com" on 23rd December 2015. The coupon said that, "transact above code on FreeCharge App with minimum of Rs. 50/- & get 100% cashback on your Recharge and Bill payments. use above coupon code to avail this cashback offer. Cashback will be auto accredited to freecharge wallet within 24 hours of the transaction. " This offer was applicable to once per new user. In that coupon no upper limit was written so that means that a person can do whatever amount more than rs 50/- for recharge and bill payment. And same amount should be returned back to him within 24 hrs.
i thought to use this offer and i made payment on FreeCharge app on my android phone. That was my first transaction on freechage as i was the new user then (so was suppose to get benefits of this promocode). I paid an electricity bill payment (Madhya gujarat vij company limited, my electricity bill customer id:[protected]) for rs. 10000/- on 23rd December 2015. I applied the same promocode i.e. "50APP". For which i got message from Freechare that "Congratulations! Promocode has been applied." and then i made payment using credit card. (if anything was wrong according to freecharge then i could have given any message from freechage during bill payment or afterwards but i didn't get any means the have accepetd this). Now once i got all clearance FreeCharge, i was suppose to get rs. 10000/- back in my Freecharge wallet in next 24 hours, but i got nothing.
i decided to wait for some more time but then also i didn't get any money from them. So i wrote them an E-mail to their customer support team at "[protected]@freecharge.com" on 25th December 2015. In my mail i mentioned all the details of this and also had provided the attachments of snapshots of each and every step to support my complaint. but there was no reply from them. so i sent REMINDER on the same mail on 31st December 2015. And on 1st January 2016 they replied me by E-mail that they just have filled my request and have given me the "reference ticket # 2743579" for this complaint. by saying that one of their agent will be in touch shortly. but till present day nobody had contacted me.
On 2nd January 2016 i got another reply from them saying " Your transaction/ recharge/ refund/ cashback (if any) details are updated successful." but there was no update in cashback still there was ZERO in my wallet. I called them too on their customer support numbers for so many times but nobody receives the call. These numbers are:[protected] ;[protected].
In the same mail they also have mentioned that "In case you have any more queries, feel free to share your respective Order IDs/ error message, and we will update you on priority." so i wrote them back that my wallet has not been updated and i also shared once again my order ID with them to make this process faster also sent the screenshots for the same to them. And in the same mail i clearly mentioned that if this would not be rectified in couple of days then i would go to consumer forum for complaint.
Then also there was no word from them so i again replied in the same mail to them that i did not get my rs. 10000/- cash back. I wrote this mail on 4th January 2016. and in reply they send me WARNING MAIL saying "YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOU MESSAGE."
And still today i do not have any word or money from them. i felt Cheated.
i am filing this complaint to get my Rs. 10000/- cash back.
