FreeCharge — Freecharge my account was locked please reactivate it

I am continuously mailing freecharge.In but no reply from them after 3 days. This is regarding the issue that i was unable to login to my freecharge account. When i raise this issue i was told by customer care of freecharge that my account was locked and will be reactivate after providing id documents. I provide that documents to their team but still my account was in blocked stage and now even they are not reply to my mails.
I have 9900 rs in my wallet. I want my money back. Now they are just new tickets every time but not working on it. Tickets are ticket # 4002491, ticket # 3990173,...

I provide that documents to their team but still my account was in blocked stage and now even they are not reply to my mails.

I did my tata sky recharge from freecharge on 15.07.2016 but till today it has not gone through.
I have sent a lot of mail but the same reply it will happen in 2 hrs.
Customer care is not attending the calls.

hell of a services they are providing. This will be the last recherge for these guys.
they are bunch of cheaters I guess.
