Mr. Chetan Swamy I suggest you stop using the Freecharge.in website. I had recharged my phone to get mobile data for Internet surfing and chatting. The amount got debited from my account but I did not receive the balance. I contacted their customer care service but they were unable to help me. I was very frustrated and decided to never use this site again ever. I started looking for websites that are genuine and found Billbachao. This website is for recharging your phone and making postpaid bill payments. I have been using this website for the past 11 months and never have I faced any problem with it. I am glad I found about this website. I always use this website when I need to recharge my phone for talk time, mobile data balance, or bonus cards. The best thing about this website is that it offers all mobile recharges including Idea, Vodafone, Airtel, Aircel, Tata Docomo, Reliance, etc. Billbachao has an app too that can be used by Android users. I am not an Android user and so cannot take the advantage of this app. However, if you have an Android phone, do download this app. I have heard it is great and offers more features than their site. this app is available here - http://bit.ly/ormbb

      When I type my promo code in new freecharge account the promo code shows maximum redemption for the first.
      I have escalated the issue to customer care for first time, they solved these. But I am facing the same issue now for which I mailed 3 to 5 times to customer care but i did not get any reply and problem is not being solved.

        I have raised a concern against freecharge app as the team is misguiding customers by saying that recharge is successful but the amount gets deducted from account and recharge is not done. When asked for explaination, team says it is in progress. I do not understand where is the issue lying. Its been more than 1 days i have reported the issue but the team has resolved it.         As per our records the transaction (order ID FCVA[protected]) is successful, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction.

        The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.

        I agree with you Afreen M93. Freecharge app team is known for misguiding their customers. You call them with a query and they will never help you. This is very irritating. I have told my friends to stop using this app as it is so unreliable. You recharge your phone, the money will be deducted from your bank account, but you will never receive the balance in your phone. Because of such problems I had to stop using this app completely. I have deleted it from my phone. Off late I have downloaded the Billbachao app. The app is working well for me. I recharge my Airtel phone number with this app and the balance gets credited in my account instantly. There is no delay. Also, the added benefits o[censored]sing this app are many. You get cashback offers and coupons that help you make more savings on your phone's expenditure. The app is useful for postpaid users too. They can make bill payments online while on the go. Postpaid users too can avail the cashback offer and make savings on their mobile bills.           This my order id, please look into it.
          No updates on recharge even after more than a day passed, still showing pending, no refund, no reply from customer support. i have mailed to their customer support several times but received a reply that they will look into it and the recharge is under process. no reply after that. its been 1.5 days since online payment.

          Forums are filled with complains for Freecharge. Most of the people have complained that this app deducts the money from the bank account and does not credits the balance in your phone. I have gone through something similar. The best thing that you can do it stop using Freecharge completely. It is not a reliable source to get your mobile recharge done. I have found a website that is much more reliable than Freecharge. Try Billbachao. This is a website that helps you make recharge and make mobile bill payments online. The moment I get a message that the money has been deducted from my bank account, I receive the balance. The site is quick and reliable. I suggest you stop using Freecharge and try Billbachao. You can also download the Billbachao app from Google PlayStore if you are using an Android phone. The app is more useful than the website as it offers cashback benefits. The cashback amount gets saved in your wallet and you can use it on your next transaction. This app also tracks your daily usage and suggests three plans that best suits your requirement.             I am using freecharge account which is [protected]@gmail.[protected]@gmail.com" so yesterday i had made an payment of rupees 488/- in AIRTEL postpaid number [protected] and i checked it out and transaction was failed but my money had been deducted from my bank account and i dint got return back my money in my bank account and freecharge wallet is shows zero and recharge not done yet and dint even received the cashback! i am sending you screen shot so you can check it out and please help me out i am a poor fellow.

            We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.

            We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCMA[protected].

            If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

            We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID GSMP[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

            Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

            They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.

                  Thanks for creating awareness by sharing your grievance on this board. Did you try to get in touch with their customer care? You can call their customer care and see if the customer care executive is able to resolve your problem. If not you can switch to a different more reliable app.

                  These days I am using this new app Bill Bachao. In the last few weeks I haven’t faced any such problem. You can try it for a few days if you are looking for a better experience. Ever since I have switched to Bill Bachao app, I have also been able to concentrate on my work better. Bill Bachao has a feature that activates and deactivates Value Added Services(VAS). The app helped me get rid o[censored]nnecessary cricket and astrology updates that earlier used to hamper my work. I would recommend Bill Bachao app to everyone for one other reason that it will help you track your app wise data consumption, calls, and texts usage. This way you will know where you spend most of your balance. This has helped me curtail my monthly expenses to a great extent.                       I am continuously mailing freecharge.in but no reply from them after 3 days. this is regarding the issue that i was unable to login to my freecharge account. when i raise this issue i was told by customer care of freecharge that my account was locked and will be reactivate after providing id documents. i provide that documents to their team but still my account was in blocked stage and now even they are not reply to my mails.
                      I have 9900 rs in my wallet. i want my money back. now they are just new tickets every time but not working on it. tickets are ticket # 4002491, ticket # 3990173, # 3985397, # 3982378.

                        I would suggest you opt for a more reliable app or website for recharging your phone. I was using the Freecharge website for recharging my phone and many times my bank balance was deducted, but the amount was not credited in my account. This is very annoying and inconvenient. I completely stopped doing online recharge because of this problem till I came across Bill Bachao. This website is good as I am using it for the past 7 months and I haven't faced any problem. The moment I get a message from the bank that my account has been debited, I receive the balance in my phone. They have an app too that you can download in your phone (only for Android). Once you have this app in your phone, it will help you make some savings on your phone bills too. It will track the actual usage of your phone and suggest the three best plans accordingly. It also tells you how much saving you will make with each of these plans. You can save your preference for future transactions. The app and website can be used by postpaid users too.                           Sir, recently i found a message of transaction of 100 rupees from my freecharge account but i didn't create any account on freecharge. It seems like somebody use my mobile number and access it may be a fraud one so please take it seriously and delete this account which contain my number [protected]. And sir he recharged the number [protected] so please take a action and delete both account of [protected] and [protected].
                          Take a action on the number [protected] for fraud and access in my account.

                            My freecharge wallet was having rs. 50/-

                            Later on tried to add rs. 150/- to my wallet but it showed payment failed.

                            Then i tried again at 11.40 a. m. and payment was successful, i got confirmation at 11.42 by email
                            And also my atm sms at 11.44 saying 150 was deducted from accounts. freecharge new delhi

                            Then later again rs. 150/- was deducted from accounts. freecharge and i got sms from atm at 11.48
                            Therefore freecharge wallet should have rs. 350/-

                            My second time transaction is done unnecessarily from freecharge.

When i raise this issue i was told by customer care of freecharge that my account was locked and will be reactivate after providing id documents. I provide that documents to their team but still my account was in blocked stage and now even they are not reply to my mails.
                              I have 5000 rs in my wallet. I want my money back. Now they are just new tickets every time but not working on it. Tickets are ticket # 3991063, ticket #3980838, incident 86481, incident 86618.

                              My account is successfully reactivated by freecharge. Those who have same problem can use twitter... where freecharge will mostly reply if they are not replying on your mails.

                              This is true, Same thing happened with me and my sister's account. My total of 19900 (nineteen thousand nine hundred ) is seized inside both accounts

                              The free charge is sucking people's money. I also need my money back from free charge. Height of fraud is going by free charge or snapdeal. Its a snapdeal firm now. And Neither of the customer care is solving the issue, I am sending mails from last 10 days.

                                    I am using another freecharge account which is "[protected]@gmail.com" so yesterday i had made an payment of rupees 4111/- in bsnl postpaid number [protected] and applied promo codes 15post and its was successfuly applied and yesterday it was showing the recharge transaction pending and today morning i checked it out and transaction was failed but my money had been deducted from my bank account and i dint got return back my money in my bank account and freecharge wallet is shows zero and recharge not done yet and dint even received the cashback! i am sending you screen shot so you can check it out and please help me out i am a poor fellow.

                                      We have found a big fraud by freecharge team. Now in these days they are offering some cashback on adding money. This is my humble request to all of you that please stop using freecharge and their wallet. They are totally fraud.
                                      I have loaded rs 5000 in freecharge wallet few days back. Freecharge team has disabled these user id’ and saying that this is due to their internal policy. Now they are not ready to reactivate these accounts. But only for formality purpose they are asking for different types of documents as id proof.
                                      Friends, i am trying to activate my account from the last 15 days….. I have given at least 500 to 600 emails regarding this issue to freecharge…. But still problem has not resolved.
                                      Friends, i have lost our 5000/- at freecharge scam.
                                      This is request to you that please be aware and stop using freecharge…because you can also be one o[censored]s.
                                      If anyone knows the way to recover our money …. Then please suggest. We will be very much thankful to you..

                                      Freecharge has blocked my two freecharge accounts. my wallet balance in both accounts is rs.15000. after sending so many emails they are not unlocked my account. registered email ids with freecharge are s[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com.request you to please refund the wallet amount to my bank account or refund it back to my credit card account.
                                      here i am sending the details about my transaction please check and confirm. i have already sent my pan card and bank statement..please it very urgent for me. or else i will give a complaint in cyber crime Hyderabad.please take the immediate action.i loaded 5000 rupees on 06/07/16

                                        Since i am a vintage holder and loyal customer of freecharge i request you to give coupon codes for discount coupons to existing and old customers also. i have observed that you offer lucrative offers to new customers only. lucrative offers to new customers will help u to increase customer base but neglecting existing clients would result in poor retention. since i have been using this app for more than two years through 2 numbers of mine, there is no instance of doing recharges of less than 2, 000. but i am not getting any discount code and hence thinking of shifting to another app.
