We regret the delay for your recent transaction.
As per our records the transaction (order ID FCVA[protected]) is successful, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction.
The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.
