Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Amount was deducted but electricity bill was not paid

I have done 2 recharges of electricity bill with denomination of 230 and 230 INR .The money is deducted but recharge are still pending.3 days has been passed but still no solution is provided in-spite of repeated mails.The recharge ids are Order Id: FCEA[protected] and Order Id: FCEA[protected]. I want the refund of my recharges.
