Dear Sir,

I've recharged my Idea 3G Data Pack of Rs. 245/- with 1 GB 3G Data and 28 days of validity and along with freecharge promotional offer of coupon "FREEDATA" and has been rewarded of Rs. 32 /- with 100 MB 3G Data with 3 days of validity. But my plan of Rs. 245 has been lapsed because of Rs. 32 plan with validity of only 3 days and my lost my 1 GB 3G Data. Raise my complaint regarding this and refund my money back or my Data Plan.
