[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Freecharge account blocked/suspended and not reactivated yet | |||
This is the second time I'm giving complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in. Freecharge not responded for my first complaint. Freecharge asked me to send proof of my identity to in block my freecharge account. I sent the documents on 29 July, 2016. Later I sent lot of emails but freecharge not responded. Again freecharge asked me to send proof of identity on 4 August 2016, so again I sent all of my documents. Again 3 days completed, but still they not yet unblocked freecharhe account. I have freecharge wallet money Rs.10, 000 in my account. Please file a high priority complaint against freecharge. Was this information helpful? | |||
