[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — My transaction in freecharge was not processed by their server & couldn't get refund

Yesterday I made transaction of rupees 251 by freecharge app. My money was debited. From freecharge care, I got email regarding refund of my money but still it is not resolved. Order ID: FCVA[protected]

Please accept our sincere apologies for delay in response.

We certainly understand your concern how frustrating it can be to deal with such an issue. However, as per our records we see that the transaction against the order id FCVA[protected] was unsuccessful and we have already refunded Rs. 251 to your account as FreeCharge balance.

Further, refunded amount was successfully utilized against the order id FCVA[protected]. For more clarification please login to your FreeCharge account.
