On 03.07.2016 morning i did online recharge of amount rs 199 for my mobile through my debit card. amount is deducted from my account and i got a message from freecharge as stated below. recharge of rs.199 for (my mobile no.) (order id - fcvw[protected]) is in process. you will receive further update within 2 hrs. but still amount not received. after 5hrs i tried to call the customer care. but no one is responding from the below given numbers. We request you to wait for few hours for the recharge to be completed.

As above given assurance to my complaint from freecharge, I waited more then 35 hrs still my problem not yet resolved. Kindly let me know the status.

I selected a data pack from freecharge site and did a successful transaction.
But it turns out to be a call booster instead of a data pack. My money was wasted due to the invalid data from their site. And they refused to refund me or even reply me. Dont ever use Freecharge...

Issue resolved from freecharge. Amount of Rs199 is refunded to my freecharge wallet.
