The following transaction (As per free charge - full talk time - top up of rs. 222/-) was not credited in my mobile no. [protected].
While contact airtel they reply as
"as per your telephonic discussion with the undersigned dated 10th may 2016, this is to apprise you that post receipt of your complaint we have validated our records and established that we have not received any credit against the recharge initiated on 6th may 2016. We request you to kindly follow the same with respective source from which you did the recharge.".
Finally free charge says as "dear mohan, thank you for your patience.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you had to go through, on your recent transaction with us (Order id fcvm[protected]). We have got this rechecked with the service provider and they have confirmed that this transaction has been successfully processed against the account number [protected] and operator transaction id for the same is [protected]".
