I have made a payment for Rs 191 were my amount was been deducted from my account but no recharge was done to my Aircel account, it was inform that I would be refunded back with my money within 6 hours but still date I have not received any amount or has been more the 6 day I haven't received any response and whenever I try calling them they are not picking up my call, kindly requesting you guys to refund my amount back as this completely not expectable from you guys with such an service
