I have done a recharge of 150 on bsnl no., Recharge failed but refund amount not received, and they said that they will update mee after 2 hours but its 3 hours late and still my refund of cancelled transaction is not done by freecharge . I have called thier costumer support number many times but found no response .This is rediculious.
