[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Refund amount of rs.955/- against freecharge.com order id - fcvm[protected] not yet received as of now!!!

I tried to recharge my following vodafone's phone number - [protected] (West bengal) with 955 internet package of 10 gb 3g data but i don't know that for some reasons it was not-at-all successful which was quite shocking for me since i couldn't find any valid reasons behind it that my vodafone's phone number - [protected] (West bengal) was not-at-all successfully recharged!!! And moreover i still not have received my full amount refund of rs.955/- from freecharge.Com… so, i therefore kindly request you from the every very corner bottom of my heart that please sir/madam to kindly do the needful and refund my full amount of rs.955/- as soon as possible so that i can again use the amount to recharge my phone number from freecharge.Com

As per our records Payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs. 955 to your account on against the order ID FCVM[protected]XXXX.

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days.In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

This will help us follow it up with our payment partner.

Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.

Thank you for sharing your grievance with us on this board. It will help create awareness among people about such apps. Sorry about your loss of 955 bucks. It is distressing to loose that much money. I am not sure if the response given by Freecharge resolved your problem. Have they credited the amount to your bank?

I would recommend installing a different, more credible app to recharge your phone. You can download Bill Bachao from Google App Store. There are many features in this app that you may find useful. One of the reasons that compelled me to download this app was that it helps in tracking my app wise data consumption, calls, and texts usage. This way I know where I spend most of my balance. This has helped me curtail my monthly expenses to a great extent. Also, it suggests three best plans for us based on our usage. Some other features that I like are, activation and deactivation of Do-Not-Disturb and Value-Added-Services, and find the best network feature. In this feature, the app finds the best network signal strength in our area.
