Hi, i have applied promo code while recharging, promo code is FC600 it was also acknowledge by your IOS app but still the refund is not credited. its been more than 24hrs now, also sent the complaint but still no reply from the company. as per the promo code i should be getting 25% of the recharge amount but nothing as come still. please check the pics in the attachment.
