We regret to inform you that your transaction (order ID FCVI[protected]) was unsuccessful. We have already refunded Rs.209 to your account as FreeCharge Balance against this order, which you can use for any future transaction with FreeCharge.
You can check these under the 'Freecharge Balance' tab in your account summary at- https://account.freecharge.in/app/wallet/
It seems like your payment for this transaction was unsuccessful against the order id(FCVI[protected],FCVI[protected]), because of which the recharge was not processed. If the payment is processed by your bank but the amount is not forwarded to either the Payment gateway or FreeCharge, then under such circumstances, the amount is auto-refunded to your bank and this may take 5 to 7 business days.
Kindly check your account history after 5 to 7 bank working days. If the amount has still not been added back to your account, please write back to us. We'll then check and assist you further.
