You can check these under the 'Freecharge Balance' tab in your account summary at- https://account.freecharge.in/app/wallet/ It seems like your payment for this transaction was unsuccessful against the order id(FCVI[protected],FCVI[protected]), because of which the recharge was not processed. If the payment is processed by your bank but the amount is not forwarded to either the Payment gateway or FreeCharge, then under such circumstances, the amount is auto-refunded to your bank and this may take 5 to 7 business days.
