[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Withdrawn Amounts Has NOT been Credited to My Bank Account | |||||
I have withdrawn two different amounts on two different dates (details given below) from my FreeCharge Wallet to my Bank Account. But the amounts hasn't been credited to my bank account yet. I have already sent two mails to the support team. But no any action taken yet. So I request the Consumer Complaints Authority, please inform the FreeCharge's Higher Authority about my issue and ask them to take proper immediate action within 24 hours so that I can get my money back. Details of the amounts withdrawn: 1. Withdrawn amount: Rs.400 Ref ID: NYx8LBtpQWi95YzxY7YefA Withdrawn on: Sun Jan 10 2016, 11:58:49 PM 2. Withdrawn amount: Rs.400 Ref ID: JM5su2I2RGKyqjPIeRuuHw Withdrawn on: Mon Jan 11 2016, 12:49:22 AM Today is 21st January. Still the two amounts hasn't been credited to my bank account yet. Verified Support Apr 13, 2017 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response As per our records, both the trxn's are refunded to customer's bank account 3215XXX5567 successfully on 10/01/2016 and 1/01/2016. Customer can write us at [protected]@freecharge.com with updated bank statement of till date trxn's
