Dear Sir / Madam,
I recharged my mobile no [protected] online of an amount of INR 75/- through free recharge site. Transaction reference no : FCVM[protected]. But I saw there was no talk time credited to my account on account of this recharge. Processing fee charged was INR 57.85 & service tax charged was INR 7.15.
I took up the case with Freecharge.com & they told finally told that they won't be able to refund me the money and instead advised me contact the service provider i.e. AIRTEL with the operator ID. I requested AIRTEL also, but they told they will not be able to help me out as the recharge was done through a third party site. I exchanged and argumented a lot with both the parties, but no one is ready to take the responsibility to refund / recharge my aforesaid mobile. In this circumstances, I feel myself to be extremely cheated by Free-charge as they are responsible to take care of their customer and giving the post service, if any problem comes.
My appeal to you to take this up strongly with Freecharge so that I get back my legitimate recharging amount & the penalty on account of mental harressment. In future they should not cheat other customers in this unjustified manner.
