[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — Money deducted from account but recharge not done

on 4/4/2015 i made online recharge through freecharge.com, money got deducted Rs211, but i did get the recharge amount in my phone([protected]). my transaction number as in statement of bank is --> CCACD1ARM965-CCAFREECHARGEIN. With reference to your query, we have checked our records and found that recharge against Order id FCVW[protected] was unsuccessful.

Refund procedure for the same has been completed from our end on Dated: 06th April-15. Please note as per the bank’s procedures the amount will be credited to the your account within next 5-7 working days
