Freecharge.in — not refunding my money

sir, i have done a dth recharge from freecharge and my rs 300 deducted 4 times (total rs 1200) by error recharge, not successful transaction error on 25th nov 2014 even i didnt get my dth recharged. Its already been more than 70 days and they are not giving my money back. By complaining them, they are saying that they dont have any record of this and telling that contact your bank and by contacting bank...the bank said the transaction has done from there side and i have to collect my refund from FREECHARGE.IN. please help me out and try to refund my rs 1200 back. sir here i got all 4 transaction ID 1.
