[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — ORDER ID FCMW[protected]

Dear Sir I have been following up with your customer care for this organized fraud conducted by Free Charge by debiting the customer account and not paying to the vendor and showing the message as unsuccessful. If you are saying this is unsuccessful, why are you keeping money with you. Why dont you refund the money back. My bank statement reference number is POS [protected] FREECHARGE PU POS DEBIT for Rs.2645 If i dont get refund with interst of Rs.500 for mental agony caused to me in this regard, i will have to file a Criminal complaint against your organisation under Sec 420 of IPC Please confirm why should i not initiate a complaint against your organization.
