[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Promo code could not be redeemed.

I purchased from snapdeal product through online purchase and got promocode for 100 off on recharge made through freecharge. When I entered it in app. It shows you are not eligible. then after I mailed to Freecharge customer. After multiple conversation, Freecharge team mailed me on 25th November, 2015 that they will provide cash back in my freecharge account. Expiry date of all promo code was 30th November, 2015. On 2nd December they again mailed me and informed that cash back will be provided only if you will do transaction using your sanpdeal email id which is different from freecharge email id. On 2nd December, 2015, all promo code were expired. Their late intimation cost me Rs. 500 which I want them to provide back in freecharge account.
