Recharge made order # FCMA[protected] is unsuccessful. The amount got deducted from the account but the recharge was not made to the mobile number. This issue has occurred multiple times with the Freecharge app. The issue is being communicated to the Customer Support team but there is no specific response. The mail chain is trailing.
