Freecharge.in — recharge not done but money deducted frm my account

This is faruk shaikh and i m not get the recharge of my number[protected] i have done 2 times one is 99and second is 111 fulltalktime and i have call on costumers service also but they ur recharge not done frm fr3 recharge so pls see this matter
