[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Recharge showing sucessful and deducted money but it is not reflecting in my postpaid number. | |||
I made a billpayment (recharged my postpaid number) of rs 150 using freecharge credits available in my account on 21-NOV-2014 (Order id : FCMA[protected]) but unfortunately untill now that recharge amount is not reflecting in my number but the status of this transaction was showing as successful in order history. I contacted Freecharge several times and they have given me reply saying that the operator has successfully accepted my transaction and provided me some operator ID and asked me to contact service provider. Then I contacted my service provider with the given operator ID but my service provider is clearly saying that the operator ID is invalid and they could n't see any trace of such transaction. No proper response from Freecharge, I will never recommend freecharge to anyone, even I am going to share my experience on social media if my issue don't get resolved by 30-NOV-2014.
