Freecharge.in — Recharged for special tariff voucher but got Talk Time

On 15/07/2015 agaist the order number FCVA[protected], I recharged my BSNL UP West number with special tariff voucher 343(Unlimited Local on net calls) by using there "Recharge Again" option from "Previous Successful Transaction History" (I made the Special Tariff on last June and got the correct benefits) but after the recharge i noticed that they(Freecharge) have recharged my mobile with TOP UP in place of special recharge.we i contacted them firstly they denied their mistake but after 4-5 days of communication they accepted their system is faulty now they are offering me just Rs150 return not 343. My point is that If i need to take that special tariff benefit i have to bear that 197 Rs cost. Why should i pay for their mistake.
