Team, I tried paying my postpaid mobile bill through FreeCharge.in on 29-October-2015. Transaction was failed, but amount from my bank account got debited. I am yet to get the refund from FreeCharge.in. I expect a quick response from them, hence lodging a complaint. Name: V.
