Dear All,
I have make Idea post bill payment (March) Rs.138 only for the phone # [protected] (which is on the name of Babasaheb Kurane) on 31/3/2015 by ICICI credit card through freecharge .in. But bill payment still showing unpaid also have not received any refund amount. I have received message regarding amount paid Rs.138 from ICICI.that means amount credited from the account, but bill payment still unpaid. Refund my money or clear my idea post bill payment. Kindly assist for the same ASAP.
