Freecharge.in — Rs.222 amount deducted for failed transaction to be refunded earliest

This is to bring to your notice that on 3/10/2015 I made a payment through Free charge.in login through my account . The Amount is Rs.220 but the amount is till date not refunded in my account . I as a Sincere customer expect the same sincerity from u as through bank the amount is totally to deducted from the source .neither it's reverse hence the amount is very well available with you.
