Freecharge.in — showed Transaction failed but amount got released, recharge not done

I was doing the recharge of Rs 229 on the Uninor number [protected] from the account, the email id of which is [protected]@gmail.com. On the first attempt it showed the message payment error, but the amount of Rs 200 got transferred from the account, in the second attempt i again made the payment, the payment of Rs 200 again got transferred from the account, and in this attempt i got the recharge. So in short my first payment went in vain. I don't have its transaction id, because the page got closed. I want my payment back as soon as possible.
