[Resolved] Freecharge.in — unsuccessful recharge and money deducted frm bank account | |||
I tried to recharged my cell online 967*****37 on 17th Nov'14 with my debit card of rs.183/- on www.freecharge.com however recharge was not done nor I got my balance returned. In spite of regular mails and complains to them at their customer care emails I got no feedback instead of just false promise of refunding the money in two working days and giving me new complain number every time.Its been 10 days and no refund has been made. This is just a way of duping the customer and not responding to their complains and becoming deaf. I request you to kindly to look into the matter and help me get back the balance and stop them from harassing customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
