FreeCharge — Money not refunded to my bank account

I have recharged one of my voda number worth Rs.297 on 5th July, 2015. But after waiting 3-4 hours, recharge has not been done. so i want my money refund to my bank account. please respond soon. I have attached screenshot of my 3 continuous transaction history from my atm in which it has been clearly mentioned about the amount (Rs.297) being deducted using freecharge app. Another attacment is the SMS i got for deduction from my bank account after recharging from freecharge. PS: whoever is the authorized person, please help me to recover my money . my contact number: [protected] waiting for a respond!!!
