I sent so many mails to FreeCharge, Still i am waiting for my refund from you. On 5th Jan 2016, I tried to add money in my wallet. My bank charged me INR 500/- but, in my freecharge wallet same amount was not credited. After this event I got massage from freecharge that, "We are sorry that your attempt to add Rs. 500 to your FreeCharge wallet was failed. If money was debited from your card/bank account, it will be credited back within 5 to 7 days" Now i sent so many mails but still waiting for response from your end and for my money. I am helpless now. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
