[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount debited from bank but no payment made and neither refunded

I sarita Mudgal have made a payment of 6228 for Electricity bill through freecharge but somehow the transaction failed and I was told thathat money would be refunded within 5-7 days but it's been more than 10 days no refund was provided I even had the word with the banker but no refund provided yet
I urgently need my refund of6228 at the earliest.
