I initiated a mobile recharge worth rs 50 on 28 dec 2016. Amount was debited from my bank account however recharge was unsuccessful. Recharge got failed.Freecharge sent me an sms that amount will be credited into my original instrument (ID-FCHARGE 28/12/2016 18:35:27 card/bank). However, Amount is not credited yet. I want.my amount rs50 back either in bank account or in freecharge wallet Recharge reference no: (Order id - FCVM[protected]) Please look into the matter and refund my money back as soon as possible.
