[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — applied eligible promo code applied still cashback not received

I applied promocode to recharge my dth but no cash back received. I suppose to receive rs75 as cash back. When i approached customer care they said that i didnt apply promo code.. How can i prove myself now??.. I clearly saw with my eyes while applying promo code and i am pretty sure.. This is something that i can't prove now.. This is the second time that i faced the same experience on freecharge.. I don't want to use this freecharge anymore

Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We understand that you are concerned about the cash back for your recent transaction (Order Id - FCDA[protected]).

As per our records promo code was not applied when the transaction was initiated from your end. Hence, cashback was not processed. You can still use the promo code while initiating any future transaction provided it satisfies all the terms and conditions.

Updated by skmdgouse You sing the same old song...I mentioned that i am 100% sure and I saw with my eyes that i applied promocode but you are not listening..Only option is to stay away from FreeCharge and headache caused by it..
I faced the same issue couple of months back..If you do not want to give offer please do not mention offer code. Don't waste my time
