[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — BESCOM Payment via FreeCharge not Reflected

I paid 3 bescom bills via free charge with order IDs as
FCEW[protected] for amount Rs. 1774.0 INR on[protected],
FCEI[protected] for amount Rs. 331.0 INR on[protected] &
FCEI[protected] for amount Rs.223.0 INR on[protected]
but none are reflecting at BESCOM, still they are showing it as due, on calling the customer support services +[protected], none of them are picking up the call .
WORST SERVICES PLEASE DONT USE FREE CHARGE
I EVEN RECEIVED TRANSACTION SUCCESSFULL EMAILS FROM FREE CHARGE
WHICH ARE OF NO USE AS THE PAYMENT IS NOT REFLECTING AT BESCOM...
PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY
