I've paid my electricity bill to bses yamuna delhi ca. no.[protected]. refernce no. frc[protected], on 17 september 2016. your site says i've paid successfully but the bses site shows unpaid. this is the first time i chose to pay through freecharges instead of paytm and this is what i get. outrageous.
As your representative and promo code given on bses bill last page advertisement i has, nt got cash back all of your given promo codes show expired your freecharge payment technologies giving fake promises
Please do take the requisite steps and give me my cash back or i've to seek consumer court.
