In the morning at 10:47 a.m. on 4th dec. 2016 cash deducted in my bank account when I was doing add money transaction with freecharge.in by Bank of Maharashtra net banking. I share my bank transaction ID "TBPPT/20161204/00HD7Y9". Actually cash deducted in my bank account but not showing in freecharge wallet. So I confused which company cash deducted Bank of Maharashtra or Freecharge? So please solve this problem & give me my money back in my account.

Updated by gauravachaliya I have only "TBPPT/20161204/00HD7Y9" transaction ID. I don't know this ID of which company (Bank of Maharashtra or Freecharge) ? I can't explain anymore. I have only the info which I given above.

Updated by gauravachaliya Where is my money? Solve my problem as soon as possible please. I can't bear my 50/- unnecessary loss. I have already provided all the details to freecharge by mail after conversation in between us. But yet I am not getting any reply from the company.
