I have made a transaction of INR 1447 with this order ID FCEA[protected] but the electricity bill still shows as unpaid.

There has been a deduction from my bank account as well. If this is some technical glitch on your side please refund the money asap.

I have been continuously writing to [protected]@freecharge.in but there is no response from your side.
