I have added Rs.5000 to my freecharge wallet to transfer it to my bank because of an emergency. Earlier i was told that the transfer can only be done after 48Hrs. But even after 72Hrs i was not able to transfer the money to bank acc. Post which i wrote a mail to the freecharge care, i got a reply back asking me to wait for 30days and asking me to recharge with that amount. Now i am like " Naa Ghar Kaa Naa Ghat Kaa". I added amount of rupees 9700 on 22nd of February . Which has failed to appear in the balance section but the money has been deducted from my bank account . I need the refund as soon as possible .
