My transaction of Bill Payment with Order No. FCEW[protected] Rs 2268.00 has been failed but the amount has been deducted from my account. Its been 15 days since they said that they have initiated my refund on 30 December 2016 but I have not received it in my account yet.
please solved it as soon as possible
